Last week, the ECSTATIC consortium gathered for our second in-person meeting, hosted in the historic town of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid.
Our colleagues at the University of Alcalá warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of their facilities, where a newly installed single-comb source—provided by our partner Enlightra—is now up and running. This advanced setup will enable the Alcalá team, in collaboration with the University of West Attica, to carry out detailed characterisation and optical interferometry experiments.

The Enlightra system up and running in Alcalá!
The meeting proved to be both productive and inspiring, sparking many exciting ideas and plans for the road ahead. We’re excited to continue the momentum and look forward to sharing more about our progress soon!
