In early February, partners from the ECSTATIC consortium came together in Padova, Italy, for the project’s latest consortium meeting. The meeting was hosted by the University of Padova, Department of Information Engineering, with thanks to WP2 lead Luca Palmieri for the excellent organisation and warm welcome.

The two‑day meeting provided an important opportunity for consortium members to review progress across the project, share updates from each work package, and align on research activities and priorities for the coming months. These discussions helped to ensure continued coordination and momentum as the project moves into its next phase.

In addition to the technical sessions, participants also took part in a guided visit to Palazzo Bo, the University of Padua’s historic main campus. The visit offered insight into the university’s rich academic heritage, architecture, and art, providing an inspiring backdrop for collaboration.

Overall, the meeting was both productive and energising, marked by constructive discussions and ambitious plans for the future. The consortium looks forward to sharing further updates on ECSTATIC’s progress in the months ahead.
